Booking / Payment:
A non-refundable 20 per cent deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm a reservation (100% required if there are less than 28 days to the start of the visit).
Payment in full is required 28 days prior to the start of the visit.
Payment is accepted by UK cheque or by Bacs transfer (please ask for bank details at time of booking).
If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to the stay, then a refund of 50% will be applied providing the full balance has been paid.
If a booking is cancelled between 28 and 15 days prior to the stay, then a refund of 25% will be applied providing the full balance has been paid.
If a booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, then the full booking amount will be charged.
Non-arrivals will be charged in full.
We appreciate that circumstances can change unexpectedly, so please call Gill as soon as possible should you find yourself in this predicament.
Check in / out:
Check in: 3-6 p.m. (other times by prior arrangement only).
Checkout: by 11 a.m.
General:
The property is a non-smoking zone.
Children under 2 allowed, by prior arrangement.
Pets by arrangement - well behaved family dogs (max 2). Fees apply. (please phone to discuss).
E-bikes and e-scooters are not permitted within the Annexe.
